This information is sold to internet scam artist who fill your email box full of junk, and then they sell the list to someone else. The cycle goes on and on. Who knows where your personal information will end up.

About a year ago, I made a huge mistake...I requested an insurance quote for my car and pickup truck. I didn't even get a legitimate quote from the insurance company...but I sure got slammed with a ton of junk emails about everything under the sun...including smut mails. I could tell by the Re: on the email that it was something that I didn't need to bother with. I have put blocks on many of these emails.... and they still keep showing up in my email box under a different sender. Most filtering systems on email accounts...are not effective either!

I do a lot of article writing on the internet and I have my own forum that I post to daily. This forum is specific on who I will let post to this forum. Only articles relative to Leads and Lead Generation are permitted. I have posted in bold letters on the admin area that absolutely no smut will be tolerated. If anyone does post with questionable material....I will immediately delete the post. They even have to check off an area that swears that no porn or questionable materials will be submitted to this forum. I have deleted over 1000 who have attempted to register and post in the last couple of months and there are still another 1759 in there I haven't had time to completely wipe out of the system. I have been forced to lock the forum so I can only post my personal SEM/SEO articles. These rogues just keep trying to get into my personal space. What a waste of talent these deviates pursue on the interest with their disease of addiction to questionable materials. God help them to get over such a perverted obsession and focus their talents on pursuing something constructive.

So much for my opinion about those deviates. This whole process began when a person I knew gave my personal information to a site who requested....refer a friend. What a mistake that was. There are other sites that I have been forced to shut down completely because of my personal information being shared with the wrong person or company...all because my information ended up falling into the hands of such perverts.

The whole process does not involve any burning of any fossil fuels. Thus, solar power plants do not contribute to global warming.

Making Healthy Food Choices

Vegetables, fruits, and grains are normally low in
fat and have no cholesterol. Most are great sources
of dietary fiber, complex carbs, and vitamins.
The American Heart Association recommends that you
eat foods that are high in complex carbs and fiber.

Below are some tips for making healthy food choices:

- Coconut is high in saturated fat, while olives
are high in monounsaturated fats and calories. You
should use these items sparingly to avoid getting
too many calories from fat.

- When vegetable grains are cooked, saturated fat
or cholesterol is often added. For example, egg
yolks may be added to bread or even pasta.

- Processed, canned, or preserved vegetables may
also contain added sodium. With some people, too
much sodium (salt) may lead to high blood pressure.
There are some food companies that are actually
canning vegetables with less salt. You can look
for these in the market area or choose fresh and
even frozen vegetables.

- Nuts and seeds tend to be high in calories and
fat, although a majority of the fat is polyunsaturated
or monounsaturated. There are some varieties,
macadamie nuts for example, that are also high in
saturated fat.

Foods that are high in soluble fiber are a great
choice as well. Examples include oat bran,
oatmeal, beans, peas, rice bran, barley, and
even apple pulp.

determine what the food contains and how healthy
